Press and hold the Microphone button and say “My Account” to launch the Xfinity My Account app, or press Menu on your remote and select the Settings icon. My Account will be the first option listed. Press the OK button.
Managing My Account on X1
Xfinity My Account displays a series of tiles representing relevant account and services information, including Account Details, Billing, Data Usage and Appointments.
These tiles may display different information based on the status of your service. For example, the Billing tile message changes based on the status of your bill: No Payment Due, Balance Due, Past Due, etc.
Note: The Xfinity My Account app will appear in Spanish if your X1 Menu is set to Spanish.
Viewing your account information
Select Account Details to view information about your Xfinity account.
See your current bill:
To see your current bill, simply select Current Bill.
Update your preferred phone number on file:
To update the primary account holder’s mobile or preferred phone number on file, select Add/Edit Phone. In order to update your mobile phone, you will be required to enter the first four characters of your Xfinity password, followed by a six-digit verification code that you will receive via SMS.
Reset your password via SMS text or email:
Click Reset Password, then select Text Link or Email Link and follow the on-screen instructions. If you don’t have an email address or mobile number associated with your account, you can reset your Xfinity password at xfinity.com/password.
View data usage:
If you subscribe to Xfinity Internet, the Data Usage tile displays. Click on the tile to view current Xfinity Internet data usage. Select Got it to return to the My Account landing screen. Select Learn more for additional information on monitoring your data usage.
Note: Xfinity Internet data usage displayed is not in real time and could be delayed up to 24 hours.
View appointment details:
If you have an appointment scheduled, the Appointments tile displays the date and time of that appointment. Click on the tile to reveal additional details about your appointment.
