It’s easy for residents to activate their service
Residents new to Xfinity Internet can follow instructions provided via email upon move-in to verify their information and create an Xfinity ID. Then, they simply download the Xfinity app using their mobile phone and log in with their Xfinity ID to get connected.
If they already have Xfinity Internet, it’s even easier — just log in with an existing Xfinity ID and follow the steps within the Xfinity app to get connected.
