It’s easy for residents to get activated after your property switches to bulk internet
To set up service and equipment, residents simply call customer service. Once they activate, they can have a Getting Started Kit sent to their home or pick it up in store, so they can get online in minutes. If they ordered equipment through self-installation, their kit will include all necessary information. Plus, residents can add on additional Xfinity services, like Xfinity Mobile, by calling customer service and creating an Xfinity account.
